Rio Grande to Open Restaurant at LaVale Shopping Plaza

Rio Grande has signed a lease with Glenmark Holding to open a new Mexican restaurant in the LaVale Shopping Plaza in Maryland.  The projected opening date for the new restaurant is July 1, 2012.  Rio Grande III is currently a tenant of Glenmark’s at the Sabraton Plaza in Morgantown.
