Since 1999 West Virginia Executive magazine has been recognizing young professionals throughout the state in the Young Guns program. In 2016, WV Executive inducted its first class of Sharp Shooters. These individuals are at least 43 years of age or older and have been in their West Virginia-based position for at least five years. To be considered as a Sharp Shooter, one must actively participate in community service and philanthropic efforts.
