Mark J. Nesselroad Featured in WV Living Magazine

Glenmark’s Chief Operating Officer, Mark J. Nesselroad, was positioned among the top “Thirty Under 30” in WV Living Morgantown magazine’s December-January, 2014 edition.  The magazine honors Mark among the top young “movers and shakers” in the Morgantown, WV area.

Equipped with multiple degrees, this Morgantown native has burst onto the business scene in a big way.  Currently the COO and General Counsel for Glenmark Holding LLC, Mark oversees Glenmark’s affairs as well as serves as liason between outside counsel.  Daily operations for Mark include everything from project design to consulting agreements to construction.  In addition to his responsibilities to Glenmark, Mark (broker) has also partnered with David Lorenze (principal agent), to form Black Diamond Realty, which specializes in commercial real estate transactions.
