Recently named by Inc.com as the nation’s 211th fastest growing private company, NextGen Federal Systems is an IT Services company providing software development, IT systems engineering, modeling and simulation, cyber security, and data management.  The company specializes in working with the defense department and intelligence community.  NextGen Federal Systems has been in business for five years and was founded by Jay Reddy.
