Core Road, Morgantown, West Virginia, the Sabraton Office Building contained 30,000 square feet of leasable space with related parking.  The property is fully leased to Urgent Care MSO, LLC generally known in the Morgantown community as “MedExpress.”  During Glenmark’s ownership, Med Express relocated its corporate and administrative offices to the site.  As the property was formerly a Food Lion grocery store, during 2008, the building was refurbished for Med Express’ use as professional office space. The property was owned by Sabraton Office Building, LLC; GMH Properties, LLC is its managing member, and Glenmark Holding LLC is GMH’s managing member. In September 2012, this property was sold, resulting in a positive return to investors.
