Glenmark Holding LLC is the long-term lessee of 3.80 acres, more or less at 201 Venture Drive, Morgantown, WV, adjacent to the former Glenmark Centre.  Glenmark subleased a portion of this property to an IHOP franchisee.  Pursuant to the sublease, the IHOP franchisee was responsible for construction of the IHOP building in 2006, while Glenmark was responsible for site preparation.
