In 2005, Glenmark purchased the Center South Shopping Center at 3880 South Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC.  Center South contains 146,000 SF of leasable space.  At the time of purchase, Center South was distressed with buildings and other improvements in need of substantial repair.  Upon acquisition, Glenmark undertook an aggressive plan to refurbish the shopping center, thus preserving the leases for anchor tenants and attracting additional tenants.  Tenants include Food Lion, Grand Stand Flea Market, and Anytime Fitness.
