University Park

University Park is a public-private partnership project between West Virginia University and University Park at Evansdale, LLC.  The $112 million multi-purpose development is an integral part of WVU’s current student housing master plan adopted by the WVU Board of Governors to provide modern accommodations on the University’s campus.  University Park will replace current housing located nearby at Fieldcrest Hall and the Medical Center Apartments, both of which will be demolished, and Pierpont Apartments, where the lease will not be renewed.  http://www.constructionequipmentguide.com/WVU-Expands-With-250M-Worth-of-Projects/23963/
