United Center Office Complex

In May 2003, Glenmark Holding LLC acquired raw land and the site of an Applebee’s restaurant located at 1085 and 1065 Van Voorhis Road in Morgantown, WV.  Upon acquisition, Glenmark Holding constructed a five-story office building containing 80,000 square feet of leasable space (fka, United Center), a two-story office building containing 18,000 square feet of leasable space, and a two-story parking garage.  The entire complex was named the Suncrest Executive Plaza.  The complex sold in June, 2012.  At the time of the sale, the United Center was leased to a wide variety of tenants, including two law firms, a bank, medical providers, a multi-media firm, and an accounting firm.
